For all you self-made webmasters out there, dabbling in Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, and the likes... be careful and do your homework before joining any Template Clubs.  I recently made the mistake of being dazzzled and spening $200 US on a developer's license without doing said homework. I was in a rush, it LOOKED really good, and (this should have set off some alarm bells) there were no negative testimonials. Or any testimonials at all, since you had to be a member to access the forum, and that's where their customer comments reside...

Come to find out, the IceTheme.com support was dismal to non-existant. Several functions weren't working, even with a clean, new install. Core system components were no longer functioning and the Template developer advised that this was 'out of their support area'. In short, NONE of the 3 Templates I tried worked the way they were supposed to. I could make one kinda work but lost days of work on the others. I'm trying to get a partial refund from this company, as apparently many others have requested before me.You can bet your buns, I'll be reading many, MANY client comments before jumping into the next one.

That said, though, I have bought a number of Templates before, where the product did what it said, and if issues arose, they were solved by some sort of support system. Just do some research before spending your hard earned money.

*Update* Nope, no refund. This was truly the worst money I've ever spent :( Folks, stay away from IceTheme - SO not worth it.
