Yep, I could get into hacking. Hacking up those who have nothing better to do than to screw with other people's livelihood (pardon my french). Surely, this would fall under justifiable homicide, no? This morning, some low life, useless, pimple faced, basement dwelling social outcast from TURKEY, of all places, managed to hack into one of our servers...

I wish he would have stuck with herding sheep or escorting tourists around. At least 3 people (myself included) spent the entire day trying to clean up that mess and fix this childish and utterly pointless exercise. Some of our clients' websites were down almost all day. I do not for the life of me understand what people get out of a stunt like this. Perhaps one of these gentlemen would respond and enlighten us (us - as in the part of the population who work for a living and keep this economy going)? This little 'joke' has probably a price tag of around $3000-5000 attached to it.

Yeah, I'm furious. In fact, when things slow down a little here and I have some time, I will educate myself on what the legal implications are if/when such individual is caught. And, they'll get caught sooner or later. I'd like to see some STIFF penalties and prision terms.
