Live Support Feature

Did you notice? We've added a 'Live Support' gadget to our site. It isn't quite as pretty as I'd like it to be - but then, I'm only using the free version for now.  The idea, of course, is to grab a hold of visitors when you can - to not make them have to pick up the phone or send and email and then wait for a reply. Ahhh - the age of instant gratification...

We've already had one client feedback: That the 'Live Support' bar just wasnt obvious or visible enough. So, now I've added a pretty girl with head phones - hopefully, that'll draw more attention. I'm quite curious how many people will actually take advantage of this feature. Which is why I won't spend any money on it just yet - in the end, this may turn out to be nothing more than a toy.

Do give it a try when you have a spare couple of minutes and let me know what you think of it. I'm always open to improvement suggestions and the likes. I did play with the thing a little bit last nightl, had a nice conversation with myself...  found the 'Operator' to be quite courteous and knowledgeable
